Dear Lord,

I lift up other women like me who suffer from anxiety, especially chronic anxiety.  It is crippling, it arouses fear, it effects others, it hinders, and it at times is painful.  I claim healing and freedom from anxiety in Jesus name!  I ask that your Holy Spirit would comfort us and fill us with confidence.  Please anoint us with your peace.  We need your peace Lord.  We need freedom from this so that we can enjoy life, enjoy family, and just be filled with joy abundantly.  Thank you Lord for hearing our prayers, for loving us, and for providing for us.  May your will be done in us and through us in Jesus name AMEN!

Dear Lord,

Thank you so much for my husband!  He is so good to me.  He loves me and tells me he loves me daily.  I feel so blessed to have him in my life.  As thankful as I am for him, I sometimes take him for granted.  I talk to him in a way that is rude and selfish of me, I roll my eyes, I pick at him for the little things, and I rarely take time to say thank you to him for all that he does for me.  I lack at appreciating my husband.  Holy Spirit I ask that you would help me in this area of my marriage.  Remind me daily of things I can be thankful for, and express those thanks to my husband.  I pray that my husband and I can establish a heart of thankfulness for each other that shows value and appreciation in Jesus name AMEN!

Dear God,

Thank you for my husband! I love him so much!  Thank you also for our growing friendship with each other.  I pray that we would continue to grow in our friendship together, learning about each other and making ourselves known to each other.  He is my best friend and I pray he will be forever.  I pray for other wives who may not feel like they are friends with their husbands.  I pray that you transform their marriages so that they can experience friendship with their husbands.  May your Holy Spirit teach wives and husbands how to be friends and how to maintain friendship in marriage.  Help us to understand what it means to be a friend and how it will benefit our marriages in Jesus name AMEN!

Dear Lord,

May you comfort husbands and wives who are struggling in their relationship.  Each one of us are dealing with marital issues and these trials can be challenging.  May you protect couples from letting circumstances, situations, or sin cripple marriage.  I pray that you would radically transform our hearts and teach us how to resolve conflict, forgive each other, and to grow in love!  May you reconcile the couples contemplating divorce.  Remind them of why they got married, and show them how they can have a stronger marriage together.  May you be glorified through our marriages in Jesus name AMEN!

Dear Lord,

I pray for everyone feeling overwhelmed right now. The burden of being overwhelmed is such a hinderance and it steals our joy. Please free us from feeling overwhelmed! May your Holy Spirit comfort us and keep our heads from spinning. Take our burdens Lord, give us the strength to endure each day, and please show us how to balance everything in life. May your will be done in our marriages and families in Jesus name AMEN!

Dear Lord,

Thank you for my husband.  Thank you for our relationship and the journey that we have experienced together this far.  I pray that we continue to build trust with each other and that we rebuild any trust in our marriage that has been broken.  I also lift up other wives and husbands who need to rebuild trust with each other.  Some of these couples have been through devastating events that has caused huge breakdowns of trust.  Please comfort them and heal them so that they can begin to rebuild trust with each other.  May your Holy Spirit teach us how to build trust with our spouse in Jesus name AMEN!

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank you so much for giving me a man to share my life with.  My husband is my best friend and I love him so much.  I am also really grateful that he is walking beside me through this life helping me make decisions.  Together we get to make decisions that will impact our lives in great ways, as well as our child’s life.  I pray that no matter what we do or decide we do not do anything before submitting it to you.  We desire to follow your will!  May you be blessed as we submit to your will for our lives and wait upon you before making decisions.  I pray for other wives out there who have a difficult time surrendering to you or agreeing with their husbands.  May you soften their hearts and teach them how they can trust.  I pray that these wives would also desire your will in their lives and may their husbands lead by following after you in Jesus name AMEN!

Dear Lord,

Thank you for the gift of marriage, even though sometimes I neglect to see it as a gift… it truly is.  Thank you for using marriage to reveal to me areas in my life that need change and parts of my character that need transformation.  I am so sorry that sometimes my husband and I fight.  We have different perspectives that leave us needing to feel validated.  I pray that you would help us to fine tune our apologies, to be more humble and sincere.  But I also pray that we would fine tune our forgiveness.  I pray that we would be able to surrender the situation for the sake of our relationship and comfort each other in love.  Please help husbands and wives to forgive each other and to forgive often in Jesus name AMEN!

Dear Heavenly Father,

As we continue on with this 40 day fast and prayer for marriage we pray for endurance. What we are fasting from was a sacrifice and in giving it up it has been difficult to abstain from. We pray for endurance. May we be able to endure during this time and remember to pray earnestly for our marriages. We also pray that we have endurance in our marriages. That we will be able to stand side by side with our spouse as an encouragement and a pillar of strength for the rest of our lives together. We pray over our marriages asking that you would reconcile us, restore us, and rejuvenate us as we live everyday to better our relationships in Jesus name AMEN!

Dear Lord,

I lift up wives who are sick.  I pray for wives who are mentally or physically sick, wives with broken bones, the flu, or an infection. I pray for wives with cancer, tumors, cysts, and anything else that causes pain, discomfort, or fear.  I ask Lord that your healing hand would reach down and heal the sick.  Bring your peace to comfort and take away any fear.  I petition for healing in the name of Jesus Christ.  AMEN!
