This is a great quote by Aerosmith, which I have adapted for marriage!  Life and especially life with your husband is a journey, not a destination.  There exist no plateau to which a proud wife can stand on top of, raising her arms to the world, exclaiming, “I made it! I reached my destination in my marriage!”  There will always be something new to learn, there will always be more things to gain, and there will always be plenty of opportunities for new experiences!  Marriage is a journey, which you and your husband are continuing on… whether you enjoy that journey is up to you and him!

    Marriage is indeed a journey to discoveries.  I like to think of a spouse as a wraped gift, as the years goes by you continue to unwrap them; God help you if you discover that you’ve got what you never bargained for.
