My dearest husband, we have been married for less than a year and already the Army has sent you away on deployment. I’m so sad that you will miss our first anniversary and holidays as a married couple. But no matter what happens, I will always love you. I pray for you daily. I pray for strength and wisdom for each of us. In order to survive this, we need to keep our faith and trust in God. I pray he keeps you safe and that you will always remember where you came from and why you are doing what you do. My love for you grows with each day that passes! Stay strong my love, as will I!
