Dear God,
I love you so much. You are so good and your love endures forever! Thank you for my life. Thank you for your provision, for reminding me of what is really important in life, and thank you for your peace which always brings me comfort. I pray that I can be the woman, the Christian, and the wife that you designed me to be. I long to be like you, to have your character traits, and to treat others with the same love and respect as you do. I pray that you would soften my heart and fill me with compassion. Specifically humble me in marriage and help me to apologize to my husband more. Sometimes I get so stubborn, prideful, and arrogant. I pray that you would remove those parts of me and replace it with your goodness. By being more willing to apologize I realize that this will benefit my marriage in great ways as my husband feels loved by me. May we care for each other’s needs and concerns, aware of each other’s feelings, eager to serve one another in your precious name Jesus’ AMEN
