Dear Lord,
I am so sorry for my anger. I know that it is sin when I take out my anger on my husband in a negative way. Please help me to have self-control when it comes to anger. I realize that anger is an emotion that you designed us to have, but like anything it can be misused. I need to be quick to listen, gracious, and understanding. I know that I need to control my angry emotions and I pray that you would help me not to sin in my anger. I pray for other wives or husbands who struggle with their anger. May your Holy Spirit transform our hearts and help us heal from anger. Deliver us Lord, in Jesus name AMEN!
