Prayer Of The Day – Enduring Seasons Of Hardship In Marriage

Dear Lord,

We lift up husbands and wives to you right now.  Marriage can be such a challenge sometimes, testing us and pushing us far beyond our patience.  We pray that you would fill us with your peace, guiding us as we submit to you daily.  Please equip us to endure these seasons of hardship, where emotions are running crazy and our patience is weak.  Build us up so that we can withstand the droughts and the tough times.  Give us words to encourage our spouse and affirm our love for each other.  May you use marriage to refine us God and may your will be done in Jesus name we pray AMEN!
