Prayer Of The Day – Learning Through Marriage

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come before you today praying for my marriage.  I ask that you would continue to guide my husband and I and help us to be sensitive and submissive to your leading.  Open our eyes and our ears to your will.  I pray that instead of being unsatisfied or discontent when trials come in our marriage, I would learn from each circumstance or situation.  I know that you are refining my husband and I through our marriage, but sometimes I do forget and respond from my self-centeredness.  Please fill me with wisdom, fill my husband with your wisdom, and grow us in Jesus name AMEN!
