Prayer Of The Day – Marriage Is A Ministry

God,

Thank you for the gift of marriage.  Thank you for salvation and the understanding my husband and I have of who you are.  I appreciate all that I have experienced in my marriage this far, and I am excited to see what more you will do through us.  I pray that husbands and wives will see that their marriage is a ministry, a ministry to those around them.  Our actions, responses, and communications all depict the love that is in our hearts and the respect we have for each other.  My prayer is that husbands and wives are intentional about their marriage, knowing that others are watching how they interact.  We have the power to change a generation in how marriage is done, so I pray for positive examples in Jesus name AMEN!
