Prayer Of The Day – Renewing The Marriage Relationship

Dear Heavenly Father,

I humble myself before you today.  I realize that I am not perfect and that the sin in my life not only hinders our relationship, but my marriage as well.  I repent of my sins Lord and I pray that you would restore me.  Renew me.  I pray over my marriage and I ask that you renew my union with my husband.  May the power of your love reconcile us to each other, that we may experience a deeper love than ever before.  May your Holy Spirit transform us and guide to care for one another in humility and gentleness. Inspire our intimacy, drawing us close, and fulfill our marriage in Jesus name AMEN!
