Prayer Of The Day – Submitting To My Husband

Dear Lord,

Please help me to understand what it means to submit, to you and to my husband.  Our culture seems to believe that submission is a negative quality, one that should not be pursued.  In a day where your ways are not accepted, please help me to remain strong and live how you want me to.  Show me what it means to submit in marriage.  Help both my husband and I to submit to each other on a daily basis, also help us to submit our ways to you! AMEN!
