Our culture finds it very easy to gossip over the news spread about celebrity marriages, drawing opinions and judgements of them. We desire to change this pattern by praying for these marriages instead of judging them, giving them hope for better days, just like every wife needs at times.
Think about the impact we could make in other marriages if we responded to celebrities with letters of encouragement and prayer for their marriages!
I hesitated to follow through with this love letter movement when God first gave it to me a year ago. I am sure it was fear that hindered me; fear that these celebrities would never receive the letters, fear that they wouldn’t care even if they did, and fear that wives who are a part of Unveiled Wife would not want to participate. I soon realized that my fears were hindering me from obeying God.
Although we have not heard back from these celebrities since we launched the project in January, there has been a great response from other wives who are willing to participate in loving on these celebrity wives. Unfortunately, there are still some who do not agree with this movement, believing that we should focus our efforts on our neighbors, family, and friends. As much as I agree that we should be encouraging all wives around us, I still feel responsible to respond to God’s call in loving and encouraging celebrity wives.
God showed me that although many celebrities seem to “have-it-all” they still struggle with marital issues just as we all do and they are in need of encouragement just as much as we are. My prayer is that God uses the strength and love in our hearts to reach out and impact other women, women of influence, women who need to be reminded of God’s love for them! Read Full Article

Heidi Klum has been married to singer Seal for 6 years and they have four beautiful children. Unfortunately, the couple released a statement last Sunday revealing that they will be getting a divorce. As much as my heart broke for them over the news, I can only imagine the devastation that they are personally experiencing.
This high profile couple has publicly displayed their affection for each other over the years, portraying genuine love and respect for each other. I hope that no matter what happens they continue to love and respect each other, especially for their children’s sake!
A few of you have suggested that we write letters to Heidi Klum and I believe God has placed them on our hearts because He wants to use us to let Heidi Klum know how much He loves her, no matter what! Let us empower Heidi Klum in this tragic season of her life by sending words of encouragement and hope!
As many of you know, Heidi Klum reached a supermodel stardom through her success modeling as a Victoria Secret Angel. Let’s pray that Kylie Bisutti, former Victoria Secret model who is a Christian, would also be an encouragement to Heidi Klum during this time.

Seeing “Marriages Explode!” was a devastating blow. I knew that in thousands of stores and even online, people who are in broken marriages were going to relate, and some marriages that are thriving might be questioned. The enemy has a strategic way encouraging doubt and mustering strife. His grip on our media is threatening.
