I admire these words by Franklin D. Roosevelt, “The value of love will always be stronger than the value of hate. Any nation or group of nations which employs hatred eventually is torn to pieces by hatred…” He understood that Love is more powerful than hate.

Do we understand the value of love within our marriage?

Sometimes we can have so much anger towards our husbands that we can think or even say words like “HATE.” But look at the quote again, Franklin says anyone who employs hatred, “eventually is torn to pieces by hatred.”

Many marriages are torn apart because a husband and wife cannot be reconciled after hate has entered their hearts. It is a very vicious emotion that eats away at the heart. We need to make a DAILY decision to employ LOVE! Even when times get hard or fights break out… steer clear of HATE!
