Unveiled Wife

Dear Lord, Thank You for my marriage. I love being a wife and I appreciate having someone to share my life with. I pray that my marriage continues to grow and mature with each passing day. I also pray that my husband and I never stop cultivating trust in our relationship. Show us how to do this, Lord. I pray for other wives who also desire to have trust in their marriage. Help us and our husbands to trust each other more in Jesus’ name AMEN!

Dear Lord, Thank You for today. Thank You for my husband. I pray You would help me to be more present when I am with my husband. So often when we are spending time together we don’t show affection or make eye contact or hold hands. Sometimes we think we are spending time together, but we are both zoned out on our phones. I pray we would set aside every distraction and be intentional with each other, to show love, to engage, to be truly present in Jesus’ Amen!

Dear God, Thank You for this beautiful day. I really appreciate the heart You have given me and the understanding You have filled me with. I am Yours, my marriage is Yours, and my family is Yours. May Your will be done in our lives! May Your Holy Spirit lead us into righteousness. I pray over my marriage, asking that You infuse my husband and I with passion. Passion for life, passion for love and intimacy, passion to grow in wisdom, and passion to serve You together. Please, Lord, fill our hearts with Your passion. Set us on fire for You and on fire for each other. May hope rise in our hearts and may our love burn for each other like never before. Revive

Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You for Your faithfulness. Thank You for the gift of marriage You have blessed me with and thank You for my husband. I pray right now that I would be faithful in my marriage to fulfill the role as a wife that You have given to me. Help me to be faithful in prayer and envisioning the better future I will have with my husband, as well as being faithful to our vows and the commitment I made to be a faithful wife. I pray against any distractions or temptations that may come to damage the relationship I have with my husband. Please protect both of us from the things of this world that could take us out of fellowship with

Dear Lord, Thank You for Your grace. Thank You for forgiving me when I don’t deserve it. I pray that in my marriage I can forgive my husband just as You forgive me. Help me to extend grace to him. I pray for other couples as well, couples who are holding onto bitterness and resentment and hurt. Please help them to forgive each other and reconcile their relationship. May Your will be done in us and may the testimony of Your redeeming love reflect in our marriages in Jesus’ name AMEN!

Dear Lord, Thank You for always providing for my needs. You have gifted me great company, money, and a marriage that fulfills some of my deepest desires. Thank You for thinking of me and providing for me. I love You, Lord! I pray I always rely on You. I pray against the love of money and the desire for more. I pray my heart and soul will be content and grateful for all that You have given. Please don’t let me chase after money or wealth and wander from faith. Don’t let money motivate me more than love. Please help me to always consider my marriage more important than our need for more money in Jesus’ name AMEN!
