22 Fun Games For Couples To Play

I recently shared my top 10 favorite games to play with my husband, which you can check out by clicking HERE! The Unveiled Wife Community loved it and was inspired by it to share their favorites too. The response was overwhelming as hundreds of you mentioned your favorite game or two. There were many games that people repeated, such as Ticket To Ride! I recently had the chance to play this and it was very enjoyable and entertaining. One game that is at the top of my must play list is Blokus! It is a competitive Tetris style 4 player game…and it is awesome! I loved reading through comments from wives chatting about the fun they have had with their husbands when they play these games. I

As We Are Unveiled {New Worship Song}

When I was preparing for the release of my book The Unveiled Wife, I was nervous! I had poured my heart into the manuscript and I exposed my heart throughout it. God revealed to me the message of what it means to be unveiled years ago. This message has helped transform me and heal my marriage, and became the foundation for all that I share through my blog. But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.  Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.  And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. – 2

I Time Travel With My Husband

My husband showed me how to time travel when we were dating. Since then we have done it quite a few times. It is not the kind of time travel described in Hollywood movies and there is no time machine required to do it. We simply travel through time together. It goes something like this… Hey babe, want to time travel?” “Sure!” I respond with a smile on my face. The anticipation of where he travels to, always stirs up curiosity in my heart. We were sitting on the edge of the dock under the gazebo. It was hot. The water was crystal clear and there were so many fish swimming around…” He looks my way to see if I remembered. I knew exactly where he

We do this by initiating intimacy and intentionally pursuing one another, always. This summer my husband and I set out to commit every Saturday to going on an adventure. We made a summer bucket list of things to do in our

Paraben-Free Kid Friendly Products I Use For My Children

Since openly taking a stand against harmful ingredients in our personal care products, I have had a few mamas ask me what type of products I use for my babies. I am happy to share! The skin is the largest organ on the body. The purpose of skin is significant, there is no question about it. Yet, so often the skin gets overlooked. We concern ourselves with what we eat, what we wear, what we use to clean the house… but are we concerned about the health of our skin?  Back in the day, I was using tons of different personal care products that contained parabens. I never knew the negative affect that specific ingredient was having on my body until God revealed it to my

Summer Treat: Homemade Orange Ice Cream Pops!

My son loves ice cream. However, he has always been extremely sensitive to dairy. When we go for a visit to the local ice cream shop he always asks for “orange” ice cream. I order him the mango sorbet, which is dairy-free, and it has become his favorite. The other day I stumbled upon a DIY orange creamsicle recipe on Pinterest. I thought it would be fun to make actual orange flavored ice cream and give my son something new and healthy to try! The original recipe can be found here: SuperHealthyKids.com …but I did adapt it, so I will share my recipe for it below: Homemade Orange Ice Cream Pops Ingredients: 1 ¾ full fat coconut milk 2 large oranges (peeled) 1 banana (peeled)
