10 Reasons I Love You – A Letter To My Husband

My Dearest Love, My Best Friend, My Husband, I remember when we were dating I knew I loved you deeply. I could not hold it in my heart any longer. As I was getting out of your car, I leaned back in with courage overflowing and said three sweet words that were of utmost significance to me, “I love you.” My heart was overwhelmed when you received what I said and reciprocated how much you love me. We were on the same page and we were eager to grow in our love. We have spent the last ten years getting to know each other well. Our personalities could not be more different, our strengthens and weaknesses could not be more opposite, yet through the years we

Logos: A Free Webinar On A Great Resource

Recently I had the opportunity to attend WiMS (Women in Ministry Summit) hosted by Logos. It was a one day event where nearly 50 women gathered and encouraged one another in the different passions we all have that ultimately support one goal: Glorifying God! I felt honored to be among such spiritually mature women of faith. It was great to meet these women, some of whom I have been building friendships with online for years. The above photo is just over half of the women who joined together! To sit with these women and hear how The Lord is using them effectively to spread the Gospel was enlightening and bolstered my faith. I also had the privilege of hearing Kay Arthur share her story with us. Through

The Unveiled Wife Ministry has evolved over the years.  Many of the articles posted are related to marriage topics that are relevant and helpful to wives.  Looking at this title you may wonder what parabens have to do with marriage, but my words may surprise you! As I share on my About page {which you can read HERE} my husband and I could not have sex for the first four years of our marriage.  Pain seized my body every time that we attempted to have sex.  In November of 2010 my husband was reminded of a story we heard of a woman with PCOS who decided to go all organic and found positive results within just 3 months of switching to organic products. [Going Organic Produces

10 Things I Love About My Husband

This year, for each of my kids’ birthdays, I wrote a list of things I love about them, according to their ages. My oldest turned ten, my middle daughter turned eight, and my son turned five. I wrote ten, eight and five things I love about them. I have been reading through Women Living Well by Courtney Joseph. In it, the author takes you through various challenges. One of the challenges was to write a list of ten things you admire about your husband. Since my husband’s birthday is in December, it seemed appropriate to write his list this month. My husband… 1 …encourages me to study the Bible. Whether it’s giving me a few quiet, uninterrupted minutes during the day or watching the kids so I can attend Bible

Best Wedding Anniversary Gift Ever!

On my 6th Wedding Anniversary I received the BEST wedding anniversary gift EVER!  My husband presented me with a book… but not just any book… a book that he spent a year making.  The front cover has a picture of us on it with the words “Ditto” which is a special word between us.  Anytime one of us sends a text or shares feelings of love and appreciation the other usually responds with ditto.  So when I saw the word ditto in my husband’s handwriting, I knew it had to do with his love for me. On the back of the book was a collage of pictures of us together that my husband collected from my Instagram.  Below is a photo of the two sides
