Dear Lord,
I don’t know why there are times I catch myself complaining, or my husband calls me out on complaining. You have provided abundantly for all of our needs! I am so sorry, Lord. I don’t want to be an ungrateful and unsatisfied person. I don’t want my words to be coated in complaint. I don’t give my words enough thought. I don’t want to be a woman or a wife of complaint. I desire to share with others my gratefulness and appreciation for life, and the joy You have gifted to me! I know You will be glorified in my thankfulness. Please change me, O God, and uproot the discontentment from my heart. Let joy overflow, especially in the way I respond towards my husband in Jesus’ name AMEN!
