Dear God,
I come before You today and ask that You would protect wives and husbands from domestic abuse. I pray Lord that in those moments of rage and violence You would intervene. Please restore the abuser’s mind and divinely empower them to have self-control. I pray those subject to abuse would seek help and safety with confidence. I pray a covering over marriages that struggle with abuse, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, send Your angels to protect the victims and restrain the abusers. I claim freedom from abuse and declare victory over the enemy in Jesus’ name AMEN!
