Dear God,
Thank you for my life and for my husband’s life. You truly have blessed us in such great ways. There are still times that we disagree and even argue, but you have given us the gift of reconciliation! I realize that their are many couples who strive to keep peace, yet it is challenging and often times wearisome for them. My prayer today is that you would also give them the self-control, the power, and the gift to reconcile in marriage. Help them to keep the peace in their relationship without feeling neglected or taken advantage of. Show husbands and wives how to communicate in a way that is beneficial and uplifting that will build their relationship up. May your goodness flow through marriages and the hearts of those who have committed to a life-long covenant in Jesus name AMEN!
