Prayer Of The Day – Heavy Burdens That Overwhlem Your Spouse

Dear God,

We humble come before you with anguish in our hearts.  Some of us are carrying around heavy burdens that are weighing us down and they hurt.  Some of our spouses are going through a season of hardship where heavy burdens are weighing them down.  We pray for intercession!  We claim freedom!  We claim your yoke, which is easy and your burden, light!  Jesus please set us and our spouse free from the weight that oppresses.  Guide us and our responses to each other.  Help us to be a support for each other, finding ways to encourage each other.  We pray for wisdom and understanding.  May your Holy Spirit speak to our hearts.  We pray for more of you Lord in Jesus name AMEN!

    I just prayed for my husband because he is dealing with a heavy burden with his dad. After I prayed I decided to look on your website to read the prayer for the day. It’s AWESOME…how God works.
