Dear God,
Thank you for our families. Thank you for my side, as well as my husband’s side! Thank you for each person that is in our lives. Some relationships are definitely more challenging than others, yet you have us and them here for a reason. Please help us to see your purposes! I specifically ask that you help us balance the time we spend with our parents. Please help us to show our parents that we love them and want to see them, but also that we are building our own family now. I pray that other marriages who struggle balancing time with in-laws would receive peace and wisdom in how to approach their parents. Thank you, Lord! AMEN!
